All existing loyalty cards shall be surrendered to any of our branches for Infinity Points conversion to your accounts.

If you do not receive the activation code within 3-5 mins. after submitting registration form, please check your Spam / Junk / Promotions E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox or just click the Resend Code to Email button to send your New Activation Code. If you entered an incorrect email address, you will need to re-register with the correct email address.

Clients who have reserved a massage, facial, or body treatment will receive a locker, robe and slippers when they arrive at Infinity Spa.

As you change into your robe, dress to your comfort level. During a massage treatment, our therapists drape you to protect your privacy, so being completely naked is appropriate. If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments for your massage, please feel free to do so. If your treatment involves rinsing with water, or if you’re receiving certain waxing treatments, we recommend bringing a bathing suit.

Infinity Spa is a tranquil retreat, and we want to create an atmosphere that allows all our clients to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the spa. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off while at Infinity Spa. We also request that you don’t use a laptop in our lounge, but you may use your laptop while getting a pedicure if you so choose.

Yes there are lockers in the changing rooms, which are activated with a padlock which are available from spa reception.

Most spas are not willing to alter set packages, although occasionally it is possible to swap one treatment for another of equal value.

Step 1: To reset your password, Go to login page by clicking the Account above and select Login.
Step 2: Click the Forgot your password? link under the login button.
Step 3: You will need to fill in the email used to register on Infinity Spa and click on "Search" button. Once done, You will be redirected to Account Verification page.
Step 4: Fill in the form with your secret answer. Once the answer is correct, Infinity Spa will send you an e-mail with your new password to your mailbox.
